Yarazeth (Yara) Watson Colon

Yarazeth (Yara) Watson Colon serves as a Senior Program Officer. In this role, she designs, develops, and implements projects that aim to accelerate locally-led solutions.

Before joining the ISC team, she worked with subject matter experts to generate eLearning and live technical training for a global sustainability consultancy. Additionally, Yara enabled employees and students to accelerate sustainable solutions for one of the nation’s most populous metropolitan research universities by providing strategic planning, training, resources, and funding.

Yara earned a B.A. in Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida and an M.A. in Global Sustainability with an entrepreneurship concentration from the University of South Florida.
