Yana Shevtsova

Yana is a Grants Administrator in ISC’s Finance & Operations team. She is a skilled grants management professional, with over 6 years of experience working in public and non-profit sectors. Yana holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Oregon State University and Bachelors in Economics from the National University of Kyiv. Most recently, Yana served as a Grants Specialist contractor for the Department of Health and Human Services, where she supported early childhood education grants throughout the grant cycle from approval to closing. Prior to that, Yana worked at the International Monetary Fund and Eurasia Foundation. She is passionate about sustainability, environmental justice, and international cooperation.
