As a growing field, local government sustainability directors need support and trainings to succeed and do the best they can for their cities. That’s why we developed the Urban Sustainability Leadership Academy: a peer learning and training program focused on helping sustainability and resilience directors develop the leadership skills they need to institutionalize their programs within their respective governments.
