Nicole Waters is ISC’s People & Culture Manager, partnering with leadership to align workplace culture and policies with the organization’s mission. She focuses on recruitment, total rewards, and employee engagement, with a commitment to embedding equity in all practices. Nicole has experience in employee engagement, well-being, and change management, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She is pursuing a master’s at Towson University and lives in Maryland with her daughter.
