Mei Kuang is a Senior Program Manager at ISC China, leading the Resilient Communities Leadership Accelerator (RCLA) with local partners. She brings 25+ years of experience across global NGOs, the World Bank, and private investment. Before ISC, she served as VP and Interim Executive President at two major charitable foundations in China. Mei holds a BA from the Foreign Affairs College of China, an MBA from Cornell, and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.
