Dr. Susan M. Peppin

Dr. Susan Pepin is the Inaugural Thomas E. Oxley Dean for the Oxley College of Health and Natural Sciences at the University of Tulsa. She is Professor of Community Medicine at the University of Tulsa and Clinical Professor at University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. Dr. Pepin has worked extensively on expanding cross-sector alignment to create appropriate conditions that increase equitable access to care in underserved populations. She has taught medical humanities, the history of medicine and leadership at the undergraduate and graduate level. Dr. Pepin is a graduate of the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) fellowship and currently serves as a Learning Community Advisor. She is married and the proud mother of five daughters.
