Program Assistant

Rafiqa ShaBazz Brinkley is a Program Assistant for the U.S. Programs. In this role, Rafiqa supports the Dismantling Inequity in Communities of Color initiative and The Southeast Florida Compact. Prior to joining the ISC, Rafiqa used her 10 plus years of administrative and customer service experience supporting numerous companies across many industries including healthcare. Rafiqa studied Spanish and History at Radford University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and eating delicious comfort food and dessert while figuring out the plot twist of a good thriller movie.
