Pradeep Nair

Pradeep brings over 25 years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, and the social sector. Based in Silicon Valley, he began his career at Deloitte Consulting, managing technology projects for major clients like HP, Bayer, and AT&T. He then transitioned to strategic advisory and investments, where he played a key role in the Clinton Foundation’s regional work across Asia and later worked closely with former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker for three years. 

As the former head of the Ford Foundation in South Asia, Pradeep successfully re-established the Foundation’s presence in the region, leading investments and grants across diverse sectors. His deep connection to the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC) comes from his pivotal role in establishing and leading ISC’s India office.
