Michelle Sanguinetti serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at the Institute for Sustainable Communities leading the People & Culture function to implement strategies that prioritize employee engagement, develop talent, and foster a positive work culture.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources and diversity leadership, Michelle is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. She is committed to ensuring that every voice is heard and valued, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive authentically.

Beyond her professional achievements, Michelle is a dedicated mom to two college kids and lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her family. She hails from Brooklyn, New York and holds a law degree from New York Law School.
