Darian Sylvester

Darian Sylvester is a native of Los Angeles and is currently based out of Atlanta, Georgia,  Darian has a history of working with grassroots non-profit and economic development organizations in an operational, marketing/communications capacity. In previous experiences working alongside community stakeholders, Darian witnessed the disproportionate impact environmental injustice plays in black and brown communities, igniting his desire to be a part of work that addresses this and other root causes of injustice. Darian works in the Finance and Operations department in an operations and budget assistantship capacity, reporting to Mike Wetherell, and is pursuing an MBA to further his professional competence. For leisure, Darian enjoys exploring new restaurants in the diverse Atlanta culinary scene and traveling with his wife, Kate Sylvester.
