With over 30 years as a Chief Investment Officer, Energy and Climate Investor, Dail St. Claire began her career managing assets for New York City’s $240Bn pension fund. She advises corporations, foundations, family offices, private equity and venture capital portfolio companies.

A 3x Founder with a track record of growing and scaling businesses in highly regulated businesses, she co-founded Williams Capital, the largest women- and minority-owned broker-dealer investment bank in the United States today.

Dail St. Claire is the Chief Investment Officer and Energy Advisor for Aurivos, a family office focused on climate tech and renewable energy. She assisted in securing environmental development bonds for their portfolio company and its subsequent listing on Nasdaq in 2023.

Experienced in Environmental Justice, Energy Transition, and Sustainable Finance, Dail St. Claire’s focus includes designing innovative balanced finance structures with public, private, and philanthropic capital.
