Adin brings nearly 30 years of proven experience in leading non-profit organizations to achieve their greatest impact and advance social change. Respected locally and nationally, he has held both executive and senior roles and served as a consultant for a range of non-profits and philanthropies. He most recently served as Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation’s (LAMVCF) third executive leader in January 2020 and served in this role until September 2025. He guided the organization through a multi-year transition to focus more on addressing inequities, advancing social justice, and building community. Adin is passionate about helping others identify and amplify how they advance social good.
Adin lives in Mountain View with his wife; both of their sons attend college at Middlebury College and Grinnell College. He holds an MPA degree from Columbia, a BA from Brandeis, and a Strategic Public Sector Negotiation certificate from Harvard. He volunteers as a referee and referee administrator for the local American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) affiliate in Mountain View and can be regularly seen walking and playing with his dog Theo.
