Senior Program Officer
Zach Hauser is a Senior Program Officer on ISC’s international team. In this role, he supports ISC’s work in China and Bangladesh.
A proven program manager, researcher, and analyst with a strong alternative energy background, Zach has experience driving projects that address climate change via urban development, energy, environmental management, industry engagement, and finance.
Before coming to ISC, he co-led the development of Chemonics International’s Water, Energy, and Sustainable Cities Practice, where he supported USAID business development efforts and managed programs in South Africa, Pakistan, Mongolia, Lebanon, and the Philippines. Previously, Zach served as Market Development Consultant for the United Nations Foundation’s Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves.
Zach holds an M.P.A in International Development Management from The George Washington University and a B.S. from Kansas State University.
