Sushama is a Program Assistant, supporting ISC’s Water Programs in India. She is involved in agriculture research and development activities for the programs.
She has over 8 years of work experience in agriculture project planning, management and research studies working with research and non-government organizations. Her core expertise lies in crop planning and advisory, research, monitoring, evaluation and project impact assessments. She has authored several impact-based reports, research papers and articles.
Sushama holds a Master’s Degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Genetics & Plant Breeding and a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from the State Agriculture University in Maharashtra, India.
