Vice President of Human Resources
Stacey Sheehan directs ISC’s human resources functions and strategies in support of ISC’s overall mission. In this role, she leads recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and manages other related human resource functions. She brings over 15 years of experience working in organizational and professional development, as well as deep experience managing benefits, performance management, and planning. She has nonprofit and private sector experience and has worked extensively in multi-office organizations to connect staff, policy and strategy.
Prior to joining ISC, Stacey headed up human resources at the Committee on Temporary Shelter (COTS) in Burlington, VT, where she directed all human resources activities for the $3.3 million organization. Before her work with COTS, Stacey worked in the technology and management consulting sector and served in increasingly senior human resources roles at Isobar, DigitasLBI, Monitor Deloitte and Tectura Corporation.
Stacey holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston College and earned her B.A. from St. Bonaventure University.
