Julia Perbohner

Development & Communications Intern

Julia Perbohner is a Development Intern at the Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC). In her role, Julia supports organization-wide fundraising, communications, and knowledge management efforts, including prospect research and donor stewardship. Julia’s interest in climate resiliency, equitable and clean energy transitions, and water stewardship guided her previous work with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Northern Colorado Clean Cities, and the University of California, Berkeley. Julia’s lifelong passions include creative and sustainable design, circular economies, and combating climate change. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability  in 2021. Julia is working toward a career in solution-based climate action and environmental justice. She is excited to grow her communications and development skills with ISC. Julia enjoys graphic design, outdoor recreation, and spending quality time with friends outside of work.
