Devon Parish is ISC’s Development Manager. Her primary role is to help raise strategic and flexible funds for the organization from individual donors. This includes prospect research, donor cultivation and stewardship, managing fundraising events and appeals, and working alongside the Development and Communications Teams to share the stories of ISC’s global impact.
Devon’s background in fundraising was forged primarily at the Conservation Law Foundation, where she worked on individual giving and major gifts in the context of a New England-focused environmental advocacy organization. Devon has also held development positions at a community arts center in Boston and a health and housing agency in Chicago. She came to ISC from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies, where she managed a research fellowship program called the Tropical Resources Institute. Devon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College in Religion and Environmental Studies and a Master’s degree from Eastern University in International Development, focused on U.S. urban communities.
