Rachelle Sanderson is a climate justice leader with a decade of experience advancing equitable solutions for frontline communities. As Senior Program Officer at the Institute for Sustainable Communities, she directs the $2M Advancing Equitable Building Decarbonization program, working with nonprofits in Oakland, St. Louis, and Philadelphia reduce pollution and energy burdens in Black and brown communities.
