Nicole Rom is ISC’s Vice President of U.S. Programs, leading strategies that strengthen community resilience nationwide. With over 20 years in nonprofit leadership, she has guided organizations including The Conservation Alliance and Climate Generation, a leader in climate education and advocacy. She has worked for the National Wildlife Federation, served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan, and holds degrees from the University of Michigan (M.S.) and Bates College (B.A.). She chairs the Advisory Board for Climate Voice.
